We consider all requests with prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to direct us in our mission decisions. We pray not only for the mission but for everyone we serve.
There are many factors we consider before accepting a mission. Completion of required paperwork, pilot availability, weather conditions, airplane maintenance considerations, and general safety and health issues are of utmost importance when considering or conducting a mission.
We regret that we may not be able to accept every mission brought to our attention, and occasionally circumstances beyond our control may dictate the need to change or cancel an accepted mission. A flight may even be cancelled or changed enroute if significant issues arise. For these reasons, we greatly appreciate the flexibility and understanding of our passengers, and it is imperative that, as a passenger, you have an alternate transportation plan or be willing to change schedules should unforeseen issues arise.
Our volunteer pilots take the organization’s mission and each travel request very seriously. We carefully and prayerfully consider each request we receive.
We offer our help to anyone in need and our help is free of charge. However, for every member of our volunteer organization including schedulers, prayer volunteers, pilots, and others, our joy is serving the Lord in any way He leads us.
I hope this information provides helpful insight and a more in-depth understanding of our organization’s mission, capabilities and logistical considerations. If you have any further questions about a mission request or other issue, please contact us at (952) 898-0408 or (952) 250-1231.
