Every volunteer who joins our mission becomes part of something bigger than themselves. You’re not just offering your time or skills – you’re becoming the hands and feet of Jesus for families in crisis, missionaries serving God’s kingdom, and communities devastated by disaster.
Ways to Serve - Find Your Perfect Fit
Frequently Asked Questions About Volunteering
Absolutely not! While pilots perform the visible transportation service, ground support volunteers make every mission possible. Flight coordination, administrative support, prayer teams, and community outreach are all essential to our ministry.
We welcome volunteers at every stage of their spiritual journey. Many of our most effective volunteers started with little ministry experience but discovered their gifts through serving others. We provide training, mentorship, and support.
It varies completely based on your role and availability. Some volunteers serve a few hours per month, others much more. We’re grateful for any amount of time you can contribute and will work with your schedule.
Many volunteers serve effectively from anywhere in the country. Flight coordination, administrative support, and prayer ministry can often be done remotely. We’ll help you find ways to contribute regardless of location.

What Makes Our Volunteer Experience Special
More Than Just Volunteering – It’s Ministry
Spiritual Growth Through Service
Every volunteer consistently reports that they receive far more than they give. Serving others in crisis situations deepens faith, builds character, and provides perspective on life’s priorities and God’s faithfulness.
Meaningful Relationships
You’ll form lifelong friendships with fellow volunteers who share your values and commitment to service. Many chapters become like extended families, supporting each other through life’s challenges while serving others together.
Professional Development
Volunteers often develop new skills, leadership abilities, and ministry experience that benefit them in other areas of life. Many discover talents and interests they never knew they had.
Flexibility to Fit Your Life
We work around your schedule, not the other way around. Whether you can serve weekly or monthly, during specific seasons or year-round, we value your contribution and adapt to your availability.
National Network, Local Community
You’re part of something bigger while serving locally. Access national resources, training, and support while building deep community connections in your area.
Recognition and Appreciation
Your faithful service is noticed and appreciated. We regularly celebrate volunteer contributions, share success stories, and ensure that every person knows their efforts matter.
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10
Your good works are waiting. Your place in this ministry is prepared. The families who need your service are praying for help.
The only question is: Are you ready to answer God’s call to serve?
